Tiffany is the newly appointed Executive Director of Keychange and an international expert on cultural cooperation. She grew up between France and Japan as a grassroots cultural activist. She holds an M.A. in philosophy from Lyon University and an M.A. in marketing from Celsa / Paris Sorbonne University and has a background in the independent music sector as a venue manager and a producer. She worked for 10 years for city governments (City of Paris, City of Bordeaux, France) - and got involved with the États Généraux de la Nuit à Paris and the Bordeaux Night Council - and for 6 years for the French foreign service, in Tokyo and in Toronto, building international cultural cooperation projects. Tiffany also served for 3 years as managing director of Trans Europe Halles, one of the largest cultural networks in Europe, where she implemented a number of EU-funded projects. Over time, she developed an expertise in partnership building, fundraising and a strong interest in urban and social transformation through culture, community work and advocacy.
She is a record collector, a club-goer, and an advocate for safer, accessible, more diverse and more sustainable art spaces and nightlife.
