Tanya Korenika runs UCE Agency, which promotes alternative and Estonian metal music and organises events and tours. She co-owns Hungr, a queer venue in Tallinn known for its DJ events and workshops, and collaborates on the Cindy & Kate project to unite Baltic music venues. Tanya is involved in the Baltic Artists in Development programme, which supports music education. With a Masters in Cultural Management and recognition as a Keychange and HEMI Business Incubator Innovator, she also plays drums in hip-hop and metal bands.
