Tanya Korenika is a Tallinn-based music professional, promoter, and entrepreneur operating at the forefront of the Baltic alternative and heavy music scenes. Originally from Latvia, she is the Founder and CEO of UCE Agency, a booking and management company dedicated to developing and exporting artists across Europe.
With over a decade of experience, Tanya has established a robust network throughout the Baltics, with a core commitment to building sustainable touring routes in emerging markets. She is also the co-owner of HUNGR, an independent Tallinn venue celebrated for its inclusive, community-driven approach to live music and nightlife.
Tanya holds Master’s degrees in Cultural Management from the Estonian Business School and the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre, where she is currently researching gender equality within the music industry. An active contributor to Keychange and the Music Leaders Network, she regularly leads workshops on Eastern European touring, grassroots infrastructure, and inclusive sector practices.
