Tamara has worked with women in music as a coach since 2007 and is co-founder of the women's leadership development programme, the Music Leaders Network. As well as running music career retreats and working privately as a coach for musicians, managers and music executives, she has delivered workshops for organisations including The Great Escape, Music x Media, Keychange, Music Publishers Association, Warner Chappell, Iceland Airwaves Festival, as well as acting as an artist adviser for Help Musicians.
