Her work empowers individuals and organisations to unlock their full potential and drive meaningful impact.
Magda has collaborated with EMMA, EMME, the European Commission, Music Cities Network, as well as various export offices, festivals, public institutions, universities and organisations that champion the role of arts, culture, and music in modern society.
Currently, she leads the design and implementation of the new Keychange Talent Leadership Programme, a capacity-building initiative funded by Creative Europe as part of the Keychange Leader project.
