Kirke's educational background is in psychology and organisational behaviour. At Manpower, a global workforce solutions company which connects millions of people with meaningful jobs and conducts workforce research, she has worked for many years in different roles. In her current role, she is in constant contact with employers, job seekers and employees and with their expectations towards the world of work. Kirke has been closely tied to young people during her work as a teacher of psychology, as well as partnering with Junior Achievement young entrepreneurial students.
