Kertu Mägar runs the independent publishing company FAAR Music, which represents Baltic and Nordic songwriters and producers, supporting them in all aspects of their projects. FAAR Music operates globally with a roster that includes both established pop music creators and emerging talent. Prior to FAAR Music, Kertu worked in various music industry roles, including PR & Marketing Manager for the Dutch electronic label Future House Music, artist manager for electronic artists through her own management company, and event producer of Estonia's largest young artists' competition. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Music and Choir Conducting and a Master's Degree in Art Management
