She is the Founder of JJA Music, Producer of Vilnius JJAZZ Ensemble, Chairperson of the Lithuanian Jazz Union, and a lecturer at Vilnius College. With a Master's in Knowledge Management, she specialises in strategic leadership, event management, and talent development, advocating for a fair and sustainable music industry. As a member of the European Music Business Task Force, she actively contributes to strengthening the independent music sector and fostering international collaboration.
Over the years, she has organised and produced high-profile events, including showcase festivals, networking gatherings, and industry summits. Her expertise spans music business strategy, audience development, and international networking, and she is a participant in major industry platforms such as Europe Jazz Network, jazzahead!, inJazz, Jazz I Am, Reeperbahn Festival, Iceland Airwaves, Eurosonic, and more.
