Christina Hazboun is a music industry professional combining advocacy, research, and creative work. As the UK Project Manager and Advocacy and Knowledge Manager for Keychange and PRS Foundation, she addresses intersectional gender imbalances by supporting women and gender-diverse artists and professionals. Through the Keychange Pledge, she galvanises organisations toward more inclusive practices.
Hazboun has helped shape major systemic initiatives, including international collaborations, policy-driven manifestos, and talent development programmes. Her contributions to key publications, such as the Keychange Manifesto 2.0 and various Keychange Pledge reports, reflect her leadership in research, advocacy, and strategic direction.
Alongside her policy work, she brings an intersectional perspective to her practice as a writer, curator, and radio producer, with a focus on amplifying underrepresented voices, particularly from the Arabic-speaking world and the Global South.
