The Keychange Pledge is a tool and frame of thinking that encourages music industry organisations, institutions and key players to contribute to transforming the gender balance of the music landscape.
This hands-on workshop brings music professionals and key players together to discuss the Keychange Pledge, exchange experiences and talk about how to practically implement change within our spheres of influence. Through exchanging lived experiences, brainstorming solutions, and thinking towards a more equitable future of music, the aim is to tackle the gender gap together, and get our thinking and collaborative knowledge flowing.
