Britt Randma packs over 11 years of global music industry experience, spanning from music e-commerce and sublabels of Sony and Warner Music Baltics to Eesti Kontsert, where she lectured on digital marketing. Currently, she heads communication and marketing at Music Estonia whilst managing internationally rising dream-pop band Night Tapes—winners of Estonia's Indie/Alternative Album of the Year and MME Awards, fresh from their first US tour. Her management portfolio includes work with Beach House, Weyes Blood and Tommy Cash, alongside current artists Kitty Florentine and An-Marlen. Nominated as Manager of the Year for two consecutive years, Randma also DJs under the name britiimpeerium and runs the Reivile Minuga party series.
