People thrive at work when they feel safe, seen and supported. These experiences pave the way for innovation, collaboration and healthy communication. But that’s not how all music industry workplaces operate. So, how can we ensure that we are fostering a psychologically safe work environment whilst performing under pressure? And what happens when music industry workplaces aren’t psychologically safe?
This panel is hosted by Laurie Pegg of Music Industry Therapist Collective (MITC), who will guide discussion into psychological safety in the workplace, including personal testimony from our panellists and suggestions for cultivating psychological safety at work, whether that workplace is a venue, studio, tour bus or office environment.
