As Liveurope is celebrating a decade of promoting new European talent, this is the occasion to look back at the platform’s mark on European music. From the Paris attacks in Bataclan through Brexit, COVID-19 or more recently the war in Ukraine, we look back at some of the global phenomena and landmark events that shaped the live music landscape. By analysing their impact on the platform and beyond on the circulation of European repertoire, we see how European solidarity and cooperation have grown to become even more important.
