Roman is known for two things: not knowing when to sleep and making his crazy dreams a reality. During the last decade he has been affiliated with the founding of two of Tallinn’s most crucial live venues: the now-closed Sveta and recently opened Paavli Kultuurivabrik. He also runs Damn.Loud Agency, one of the most active promoters in the region who has brought acts such as Swans, GY!BE, Ministry and more to Tallinn. Roman has also worked for Tallinn Music Week as lead of music programming and production.
