Margarita has been working at MKC Skopje since 2010, alongside a team of dedicated professionals, both young and experienced. Together, they have succeeded in establishing MKC as a significant cultural venue on the European stage, hosting around 200 individual events annually and attracting an audience of over 100,000.
Additionally, Margarita holds the position of Executive Director at the CINEDAYS European Film Festival and serves as Programme Manager for the Milenium and Frosina cinemas, both integral parts of the Europa Cinemas network. In the realm of music, Margarita co-curates the ZDRAVO MLADI festival of new music. Internationally, Margarita has taken on the role of project coordinator for MKC in initiatives such as Scenergies, a networking platform aimed at supporting the sustainability and growth of small music venues across Europe, and Big Time Takeover, an Erasmus+ project focused on empowering youth to utilize their creativity and technology positively. She also oversees MKC's involvement in the Liveeurope network.
