Tobba Andersson has been a board member of the trade organisation SOM and the owner of the record labels Zorch Productions and Sub Nordic SE since 1989. Zorch Productions is focused on punk and garage but has recently expanded to electronic music. Given Zorch's origins as a do-it-yourself label, coaching and supporting young artists to establish their own labels and manage their careers are integral aspects of the label's mission.
In recent years, Tobba has collaborated with the Marginal Music network to assist musicians with intellectual disabilities in breaking into the so-called “normal” music industry. He maintains extensive contacts in Finland, particularly with former members of Pertti Kurikan Nimipäivät, one of his favourite punk bands. Marginal Music organizes panels, provides music business and rights education for individuals with learning disabilities, and educates music companies on working with artists who have learning disabilities. Tobba has over fifteen years of experience performing live and has contributed to various music publications writing about Swedish music.
