Sean Adams is the founder of Drowned in Sound, a pioneering music publication, community, and record label. He hosts a weekly podcast exploring the future of music. Since 2000, DiS has championed emerging artists whilst embracing digital innovation, launching one of the earliest music podcasts in 2005.
Sean has collaborated with notable artists, including Kaiser Chiefs, Bat for Lashes, and Max Richter. He manages Charlotte Church and The Anchoress and has consulted for innovative start-ups such as Catalog and Endlesss. As a columnist for The Sunday Times, digital producer for BBC Radio 6 Music, and lecturer, Sean is deeply passionate about the convergence of music, technology, and live experiences, advocating for a more equitable and progressive music industry.
