Risto Salminen, the CEO of Teosto, has 20 years of experience in the collective management of copyright. He has been serving as the CEO of Teosto - the Finnish Composers' Copyright Organisation - since 2018. Additionally, Salminen holds several board positions, e.g. in organisations focusing on domestic and international music licensing and music promotion. He is also a board member of the European umbrella organisation for copyright societies, GESAC.
