CEO of EIT Culture & Creativity North

Kati Uusi-Rauva, M.A. in Cultural Anthropology, is the director of EIT Culture & Creativity North since autumn 2024. Since the late 1990s, she has been involved in supporting creative sector professionals and companies in exports, internationalisation, and securing funding. Throughout her career, Kati has held diverse roles across the creative industries. These include working as a producer at a gaming company, serving as an independent agent and entrepreneur, and acting as a CCSI expert in business development, funding programmes, and export initiatives. Before her current position, she led AGMA, the independent association of agents and managers in creative industries, from 2014 to 2022. She also directed the Uniarts Hub pre-incubator at the University of the Arts Helsinki from 2022 to 2024.
