Irina ShtreisGB

Irina Shtreis is a researcher and music journalist who writes for MOJO, Record Collector, The Quietus and Under The Radar. Her byline has appeared on Louder Than War and The Reykjavik Grapevine. As part of her PhD project in collaboration with the University of Iceland, the writer has drawn a parallel between the fanzine scenes and punk communities of Iceland and the UK. Irina is also a musician. Her solo ambient folk project can be found on various streaming platforms under the author's name.
