Elise Milani is an industry leader with over a decade of experience in the music business. She currently serves as the Head of Music Marketing at Monstercat, one of North America's leading independent electronic music labels. She oversees an ambitious schedule of 300 releases annually, leading teams that work with global talent such as Alan Walker and Virtual Riot.
Before Monstercat, Elise served as Senior Artist & Operations Manager at 2+2 Management, where she managed and helped develop award-winning Canadian artists like REZZ, Zeds Dead and Keys N Krates. Elise also chairs the Dance Recording of the Year committee for the JUNO Awards, celebrating and supporting exceptional Canadian talent.
