Anna Hildur is the Programme Director for the Creative Industries Study Line at Bifröst University. With two decades of experience in the music industry, she led ÚTÓN and Nordic Music Export, among other initiatives. In 2017, she transitioned into filmmaking, founding the production company Tattarrattat, followed by Glimrandi Cultural Production. Her debut feature film, A Song Called Hate, explores the political activism of Icelandic band Hatari during their Eurovision journey. The documentary captures their provocative challenge to Israel's policies, their collaboration with Palestinian artist Bashar Murad, and the way music and performance can spark controversy, provoke thought, and amplify political discourse on a global stage.
