Albert Saprykin is a Kyiv-born composer, curator, and the head of Kyiv Contemporary Music Days. His diverse artistic practice spans electronic compositions, sound installations, web applications, and digital sticker packs. Having studied music in Kyiv, Graz, and Warsaw, he is currently pursuing a degree in electronic composition under Alexander Grebtschenko in Freiburg.
Saprykin’s works have been performed by prestigious ensembles, including Ensemble Recherche, Ensemble KNM Berlin, and the Kyiv Symphony Orchestra. Beyond his creative work, he has significantly influenced Ukrainian cultural policy, holding key positions at the Ukrainian Institute (2018–2020) and the State Agency of Ukraine for Arts and Art Education (2020–2022).
