Good intentions are a start—but action speaks louder than words. Building on the Keychange Pledge, this hands-on workshop brings music professionals and artists together to explore what each of us can do to implement change within our own work practices. Through discussion and practical exercises, we will explore representation, equity, and intersectionality—developing concrete steps, operational policies, and frameworks that participants can take away as an individualised action plan.
