Having good intentions is all well and good, but we know that action speaks louder than words. Building on the Keychange Pledge, this hands-on workshop brings music professionals and artists together to explore what each of us individually can do to implement change within our work practices.
We will be exploring topics of representation, equity and intersectionality, come up with concrete steps, operational policies, frameworks and potentially an individualized action plan that we can take away to improve our practices in the music industries.
