Sandra Perens is a cultural management graduate with an MBA from the Estonian Business School. She began her career in 2011 at Musiccase (now Shiftworks), rising from Assistant to the CEO to Programme Manager of Tallinn Music Week. Since then, she has held various key roles across the Baltic music sector, including International Project Manager at Music Estonia, Ticket Sales Manager and Assistant to the CEO at Weekend Festival Baltics, and Marketing Manager for Sony Music Entertainment in the Baltics.
Today, Sandra co-manages Tier Music & Publishing, working with talents such as Raul Ojamaa, Soundy, and ALIKA. She also sits on the boards of the Estonian Authors’ Society and Music Estonia, where she helps to advance the careers of artists, songwriters, and music companies alike.
