Mirkka Rautala is the Group Director of Operations for Finland Venues at VN Helsinki Oy (part of Live Nation Finland), where she oversees the operations and strategic development of major live entertainment venues in Helsinki, including Veikkaus Arena and Allas Live.
With over 20 years of experience spanning marketing and event promotion, Mirkka works at the intersection of events, venues, and fan experience. Her background combines commercial strategy with hands-on operational delivery, providing a uniquely practical perspective on the industry.
Most recently, Mirkka led the full mobilisation and reopening of Veikkaus Arena in 2025, building the operational framework, governance, partner ecosystem, and premium audience experience for one of Finland’s most significant event spaces. Her work focuses on creating sustainable, flexible venue models that support artists, audiences, and cities alike.
