Kaspars is a professional in the cultural and creative sector, with a background in event management and IT. He has been a board member of Kaņepes Kultūras centrs since 2019 and co-founder of Festivāls Komēta in 2016, which promotes social development through culture. He is passionate about collaborative projects, innovation in culture and arts, and advocating for sustainable nightlife practices. In addition, Kaspars has a remarkable history as a DJ since 1998, having performed at Riga's most notable venues and events, and created electronic music programmes on local radio stations.
