Ingrid Stroom is a seasoned professional in the live music industry with nearly 20 years of diverse experience. Known as an advocate for equality and better working conditions in the live sector, she actively contributes to the growth of the industry by mentoring and teaching newcomers who want to work behind the scenes.
She has managed the local production of Finnish concerts for renowned artists such as Backstreet Boys, Jean-Michel Jarre, Queen+Adam Lambert and many others. She has also worked with festivals such as Blockfest, Flow Festival, Tuska and WKND Festival. More recently, Ingrid has toured internationally with artists such as Alicia Keys and Manowar. She works mainly through her own company Thrust Productions as a consultant and touring professional. In addition to her practical experience, Ingrid holds a Bachelor's Degree in Music and Media Management and a Master's Degree in Sports Business Management. Her journey is a harmonious blend of passion, advocacy and a wealth of experience in the vibrant world of live music.
