Inese Saulāja-Dobele is a music and media industry professional with over 20 years of experience in communications, content development, project management, and live event production. She has held leading roles in both international and local organizations, including serving as Head of Warner Music Baltics in Latvia, and is currently a board member of KN3, where she develops integrated communication strategies, marketing initiatives, and large-scale cultural and entertainment projects.
Inese is actively involved in shaping major industry events, including the Latvian music industry awards GAMMA, where she leads communication and has developed the award evaluation system. Her work bridges strategic thinking with hands-on execution across festivals, concerts, film projects, and industry platforms.
A significant part of her expertise lies in copyright and intellectual property. During her extensive career at music publishing company MicRec, she specialized in rights management, licensing systems, contract development, and international publishing relations. This has resulted in a deep, practical understanding of copyright frameworks and their application in today’s music ecosystem. In addition to her professional work, Inese contributes to industry education as an IP expert in Autorskola, sharing knowledge on copyright and its role in the creative industries.
