Guna Zučika is the CEO of Every Little Thing, a music company celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2025. The company operates across various sectors, including artist management, a record label, artist booking, and concert promotion. In recognition of its achievements, Every Little Thing was honoured as Label of the Year in Latvia at the 2024 GAMMA Awards.
Guna has played a pivotal role in shaping the careers of numerous Latvian artists, both locally and internationally. Her contributions have been instrumental in the success of acts such as BrainStorm, Carnival Youth, and Tautumeitas. On the local Latvian scene, she has also helped to build the careers of artists like Fiņķis, Kautkaili, and YŪT. Guna holds a Master's degree in Music Business Management from the University of Westminster and shares her expertise as a lecturer in music business at the Latvian Academy of Culture and the Latvian Academy of Music. She serves as a board member of Music Latvia and the Latvian Performers' and Producers' Association (LaIPA), and is a member of the Music Council of the Ministry of Culture in Latvia.
