Grettel is a music professional based in Estonia and the UK, whose work spans artist management, live performance and the development of the music industry, including policy-making and cultural initiatives.
With a Bachelor's degree in Popular Music from the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester and a Master's in Music Business from Tileyard Education in London, she has deep expertise in music industry strategies.
Currently, Grettel runs Killing Music, representing award-winning Estonian artists such as NOËP and Karl Killing. She is also a highly regarded vocal arranger and backing vocalist.
In the UK, Grettel performs with Garage Classical and serves as backing vocalist for Mica Millar. She has appeared at prestigious venues including The Royal Albert Hall, Royal Festival Hall and Barbican, performing with artists such as Zak Abel, Emeli Sandé and Paloma Faith.
As Project Manager for UNESCO Tallinn City of Music, she fosters the development of Tallinn's music scene. Nominated for Artist Manager of the Year 2024, Grettel also mentors young musicians in both Estonia and the UK.
