Grettel Killing is an Estonian–UK-based cultural leader and music professional, currently serving as Project Manager for UNESCO Tallinn City of Music. In this role, she strengthens Tallinn’s position within the UNESCO Creative Cities Network by developing international collaborations, advancing cultural initiatives, and supporting a sustainable and innovative music ecosystem. Her work focuses on empowering local talent and raising Tallinn’s visibility on the global cultural stage.
Alongside her UNESCO mandate, Grettel heads her own management company, Killing Music, representing award-winning Estonian artists such as NOËP and Karl Killing, while nurturing emerging talent. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Popular Music from the Royal Northern College of Music (Manchester) and a Master’s in Music Business from Tileyard Education (London). Her extensive background spans performance, artist management, and international diplomacy, including appearances at prestigious venues such as the Royal Albert Hall and the Barbican. In 2024, she was nominated for Artist Manager of the Year.
