Colm O'HerlihyIS

Founder of INNI

Colm O'Herlihy is a co-founder of INNI. He began his journey in the music industry when Morrissey, frontman of The Smiths, signed his band to his own label, Attack Records. Since then, Colm has toured the world as guitarist for artists such as Joan Shelley and Grant Hart (Hüsker Dü). In 2014 he moved to Reykjavik and began managing two local labels. There, he identified a niche for a specialised music publishing company in the heart of Iceland's vibrant music scene. In 2019, he officially launched the company in partnership with film composer Atli Örvarsson.

In 2022, they inaugurated INNI House, which has 9 recording studios. Currently they are actively involved in projects for renowned platforms such as Apple, HBO, Netflix, Disney and others. Colm is a member of the Nordic Publishers Sync Reference Group and participated in the inaugural edition of the European Music Business Task Force (EMBTF) within the Music Cities Network.
