Andro Mänd is the Chief Architect of Tallinn, a position he has held since 2024. Since January 2026, he has also served as a member of the board of the Architects' Council of Europe.
Previously, from 2020 to 2024, he was the president of the Estonian Association of Architects. Over the past few decades, he has participated in the design of many buildings at leading Estonian architectural firms, including Salto, KAVAKAVA, and 3+1.
