Andra Vasile is a prominent figure in the Central and Eastern European music and entertainment industry, with over 14 years of experience spanning PR, concert promotion, and artist management. She currently serves as the Sync Manager and A&R Administrator at Global Records, one of the region’s leading independent labels. In this role, she manages a catalogue of thousands of tracks, coordinates with over 80 artists, and oversees operations across 18 studios.
In 2023, Andra co-founded Sync About It, an educational hub dedicated to synchronisation literacy. In 2025, the initiative hosted the first conference and songwriting camp in CEE focused exclusively on music sync in Bucharest, connecting international professionals with local talent to work on real-world briefs.
Beyond her corporate roles, Andra manages the alternative rock band Gramofone, who opened for Bon Jovi in 2019. Her extensive event portfolio includes work with global icons such as Metallica and Placebo. For over a decade, she has also served as the PR Manager for East European Comic Con, and she currently oversees soundcheck management for Beach, Please!, Europe’s largest urban festival.
Andra holds a degree from the Faculty of Sociology at the University of Bucharest, where her research focused on the social organisation of music promoters in Romania.
