Ando Kiviberg is a folk musician and heritage conservationist. He is the founder and the head of the Viljandi Folk Music Festival which started in 993. He was instrumental in establishing the Estonian Traditional Music Center and served as its first director. Kiviberg was also leading the initiative to build the traditional music center and a concert venue Viljandi Pärimusmuusika Ait in Viljandi. In addition to his work in the folk music sector, Ando Kiviberg served as the Mayor of Viljandi from 2013 to 2017.
