Andrew Apanov, the founder of Dotted Music marketing agency will explain the core concepts of designing a fan journey and building a marketing funnel for your music. You are going to understand the "growth hacking" mindset, which has been key to the success of the world's most well-known tech startups of the past decade, and then learn how to apply its concepts to grow your own music career.

Andrew will demonstrate actionable growth tactics designed to help musicians acquire and engage more fans, as well as establish new direct-to-fan income streams, all with the assistance of technology and automation. The workshop will briefly cover the most popular social media, streaming, and advertising platforms; ideas for creating effective video content; recommendations for analysing data beyond "vanity metrics" such as stream or view counts; and more. By the end of the workshop, you will have practical insights to improve your music career in 2024 and beyond.
