Villem Varik is a project manager and cultural strategist with a sharp focus on the independent music scene. He is currently the Project Manager at the Kullaaugu Film Music Residency and a founding partner of Fundamental, a consultancy supporting creative infrastructure and grant-led development. Villem also collaborates with the venue HUNGR and the agency DAMN.Loud, securing funding and shaping sustainable growth strategies.
With a background in history and theology, Villem bridges the gap between space, community, and sound. To date, he has facilitated over 20 record releases and established several grassroots cultural spaces across Estonia.
