Tobba Andersson is the creator and manager of the Marginal Music network, a hub with and for neurodivergent and disabled artists working to open up the music industry to underrepresented groups. Marginal Music provides management and support through workshops, panels and talks, helping the industry become more accessible and inclusive.
She is the owner of independent record label Zorch and its sublabels, which have released Swedish and Scandinavian alternative music since 1989. The label remains open for business and as curious as ever. Tobba has served as Vice Chair of trade organisation SOM for ten years, representing 350 of Sweden's independent labels as members.
