Tiina Saar-Veelmaa is a psychologist, career counsellor, lecturer, and a dedicated researcher of workplace happiness. For over 24 years, she has worked to uncover the "formula" for professional fulfilment, producing extensive academic research and authoring eight books on the subject.
Previously serving as a Head of HR, Tiina developed a distinctive organisational culture that earned first place in the “Workplace of the Future” category at the European Business Awards in 2017. Her work has inspired thousands of employees and hundreds of organisations to rethink their approach to work.
For the past eight years, Tiina has focused on advancing workplace happiness within the creative industries. She is the Founder and CEO of the HR-tech startup HappyMe and serves as a visiting lecturer at the Estonian Academy of Arts.
