Rasha Shaaban is a local of Alexandria, Egypt, and Gothenburg, Sweden. Since moving to Sweden in 2016, she has worked at the National Museums of World Culture as a projects manager and coordinator for the Anna Lindh Foundation network.
In 2018, she founded the Mind the Gap initiative to promote inclusion through music, storytelling, and performing arts. A board member of European Alternatives and a performer known as DJ RUSH, Rasha is a dedicated advocate for de-colonialism and a Free Palestine.
