Marili Randla is a Project Manager at Music Estonia, focusing on innovation and international projects. She has previously led internship and development programmes, as well as funding initiatives, to support the growth of the music sector. Currently, she is the Estonian project lead for the Music Industry Resilience Acceleration Programme (MI-RAP) and leads TechTrack, Estonia's first music tech programme aimed at advancing technological innovation in the music industry.
With over a decade of experience in event production, marketing, and project management, Marili has contributed to various initiatives that support the music sector. In her free time, Marili plays the flute in the Tallinn University Symphony Orchestra and is part of the DIY music community Cosmoskva.
