Mariam is the founder of Music Export Georgia, an organisation that aims to connect Georgian talent with the global music scene and forge meaningful international partnerships. In its first year, the organisation received support from the British Council to implement joint educational activities in partnership with Keychange, PRS Foundation, and Sound City Liverpool (2026).
For the past eight years, she has served as Head of Administration of Georgia's biggest classical music festival, the Tsinandali Festival. Her prior experience includes working with the Tbilisi Youth Orchestra, the Toradze Music Festival, the Baltic Sea Philharmonic, and Sunbeam Productions, managing both local and international projects.
Passionate about knowledge sharing, she has explored music journalism, led industry discussions, and created a series of interviews on challenges in the music sector.
She is a Keychange Leader of the 2025 cohort and holds a master's degree in Culture Management.
