Artist Manager, Founder of Oberton Music Company and Armenian Music Network (AMN)

Lusine Voskanyan is a music industry strategist from Armenia with 15 years of hands-on experience in artist management, international strategy and creative production.

Lusine is the founder of Armenia's first specialized music management and production company. The company also operates an independent record label (Oberton Records) with a flagship artist - Miqayel Voskanyan, renown Armenian tar player, composer and vocalist, along with his ensembles. Lusine is among the pioneers of professional music management in Armenia leading a mission to connect the local music scene with global audiences and introducing inclusive industry development and sustainable music export practices. She has successfully led her managed artists and bands to esteemed stages in more than 30 countries such are UNESCO Hall in Paris, Royce Hall at UCLA, Kennedy Centre, Hamboldt Forum in Berlin, Kings Place in London, and more.

In 2025, Lusine launched the Armenian Music Network, a strategic initiative aimed at strengthening Armenia’s music ecosystem through capacity building, international cooperation, cultural diplomacy and sustainable practices. She was part of the country’s first delegation to WOMEX 2023, and is now a 2026 Keychange Talent Leadership Cohort member.

Beyond management, Lusine is an award-winning creative producer behind short films, animation series, music videos, and documentaries that merge artistic innovation with authentic storytelling. Her short film 250 km earned the Best Producer Award (2023), reflecting her ability to bridge art, narrative, and social perspective through sound and image.
