Eva Johanna Lepikov is the Executive Producer of Tallinn Music Week, the Festival of Tomorrow's Music, Arts and Ideas. TMW is a platform for showcasing new and emerging talent from Estonia and across the world and a key meeting point for the Nordic-Baltic music industry. Growing within TMW from assistant to Head of Marketing to now Executive Producer, Eva knows the ins and outs of the festival thoroughly. Alongside TMW, she oversees marketing for its sister festival Station Narva, and for projects by the organising company Shiftworks. Eva holds a degree in Music Business from BIMM Bristol and has extensive experience in music and event marketing, PR, event promotion, and stage management. She also works as an artist liaison for Saund Festival (formerly Sõru Saund), an Estonian festival dedicated to alternative and electronic music.
