Cristian Vera is a musician specialising in traditional Colombian music and a committed actor in international cultural exchanges. From 2014 to 2017, he worked with the Colombian government's social inclusion programme 'CLAN – Local Artistic Centres for Children and Young People' as designer, facilitator, and coordinator. From 2017 to 2019, he founded and coordinated 'Sons, Couleurs et Saveurs de Colombie', an exchange programme promoting Colombian cultures internationally and building bridges between artists, institutions, and audiences across France and Colombia.
He actively promotes emerging Latin and African music as booking agent, manager, and tour producer, supporting artists' international development with a focus on cooperation and cultural diversity. He is currently head of export and booking agent at Hélico Music in Paris and CEO of Melao Music.
