Clifford Goilo is a producer/songwriter who has worked for Bakermat, Madilyn Bailey, Bone Thugs n Harmony, Liis Lemsalu, Noëp, Vicky-T, Stephen Marley, Jeremy Renner, Mimoza, Far East Movement, Copa America 2015, Saint Djuni and many more. In addition to his all-round and eclectic abilities, he is also the go-to guy if one wants to modernise their sound.
Clifford was born and raised on the Dutch Caribbean island of Curaçao, where he started out as an all-round musician before he evolved into a producer. In his teens, he strived as a guitarist and bass player, playing for several rock/punk bands and also for a famous local Latin band. During this time, he gained interest in recording his own music. Unfortunately this wasn’t possible due to financial limitations. However, Clifford didn’t give up and saw producing as a solution. After a tough selection he was admitted to the Utrecht School of Arts, where he graduated with honours as a Master of Arts. It didn’t take too long before his talents were noticed. As a result, he was recruited by the Amsterdam top studio FC Walvisch now owned by Martin Garrix, which is known for harbouring top producers and artists such as Redone, Giorgio Tuinfort, David Guetta, Afrojack, Lady Gaga just to name a few.
